Default Breakfast at Ravensthorpe

It has long been a challenge finding somewhere decent to get breakfast on the way to Ravo, so I thought I would share a discovery the Pirate and I made yesterday.

http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=en&tab=wl&q=

This is a Sainsbury bang en route from the M1 and you can get a bacon banjo that is abolutely superlative (FIVE rashers and decent bread) in their cafe for 2.50, or sit down and have a full English.

The fishing was OK but not brilliant, ten between us but we had to work hard for them and I have at last turned PP to the dark side of bung fishing Two hours of no pulls on normal nymph tactics saw us anchored up and me into a couple of lumpy fish within half an hour. 3-0 and he was pleading for a piece of foam with a hook in it .

Nice day, all in all.

Charlie
