Default Fishing around Aylesbury

Going to visit the missus who lives in Tring on thursday is there any good fishing around this area ? Failing that may just stop of around the oxford area .

Have a look at the thread on the general forum entitled fishing around wendover started by the sharmanator, there is some advice in there that may help.

P.S, if you have got yourself sorted out with some pike gear, go to Wilstone and head for the pier. The water around there is shallow and a very good place to catch pike on a fly rod, if you don`t have a fly rod yet, take a spinning rod and a few lures (lets keep that between ourselves ). Permits are sold by the bailiff on the bank, about £3-50. Hope this helps.
