Fishing the Allen West Memorial on friday anyone have any news as to how its fishing or where the fish are being caught?

It's currently fishing best with a Rod and line, but no bungs as they a gay apparently and the fish are mainly being caught in the water

I don't think there's any secret spots at this time of year if you want a quick bag of skerits chap!

If I remember right this comp is a friendly affair so it's down to weight with no time bonus. so I fancy a trip up north to see if we can't get something to come to a buzzer or two

Fishing Rutland next week and wondered if the algae situation had improved with these windy conditions? It was pretty murky in most places a fortnight ago but didn't seem to effect the fishing much.
