Rescobie Loch opened 15th March and its fished really well since it opened albeit the water is cold..and the fish are lethargic..

the local Canmore AC club today reported 38 fish to the scales, best a 12lb rainbow which was actually returned by a club member who had already caught his limit!

Best flies include candy floss boob, green pea and viva booby on di3 or di 5 sweeps....

Best fish reported on opening week 13lb 4ozs.

Worth a visit,,,,but be prepared for the cold wind!
