fished swanswater last night and blanked on the big pond so went to the meadows for the last half hour ,fishing away i heard a big splash in the small pond behind it so decided to give it a couple of casts.amazingly in about qaurter of an hour caught three fish a brown,blue and a rainbow and still there was fish cruising about.theres no stocking in this pond and im led to believe only fish that have came down there via the outflow from the main pool are in it.anybody fishing swans soon be secure in the knowledge that there is still a brown of about 5lbs lurking in the middle of this pool and its not alone.
