Lawfield Trout Fishery near Kilmacolm. The fishing has been very good all week despite the cold weather. The best flies have been red bloodworm, shrek, CDC`s, damsels, buzzers, diawl bach and black minkie. I did not catch it just took the pic

I have been up three times in the last month and have found the place fishing very well every time. Lots of guys fishing buzzers on floating lines but I managed to pick up over 60 on the three trips fishing small mini lures. Still some blues getting taken. All the fish have been in great condition and have been up for a really good fight. I always really enjoy my trips up there. Billy has done a great job running the place.
