Went to Clavering today for the first time in ages. It has not been as good since he switched lakes a few years ago but I had heard good reports.

It fished well actually, especially given a very cold wind, and we had plenty of fish to buzzers and bloodworms straightlined and when they were showing, a few to the washing line which is good going in February

£25 for all day C&R.

Not busy and worth a visit.

Their website advises that they were closing the lake from the end of March due to dwindling numbers customers.

That's a shame
