Hi Tosh,
Lithgy used to be a great loch to fish, especially if you were into imitative styles.I was never away from the place at one time. Nowadays it gets stocked too frequently/heavilly in my opinion and there are far too many boats on it for a water of that size.
Jims advice is sound but dont ignore the east end amongst the weedbeds if you want to get some peace and the chance of a proper grown on fish.Good luck.

Thanks Jim, I hope I can contribute. Do you fish Linlithgow regularly?

Hi Toshy - Kevin was there on Sunday. Don't think it was that good but he'll be able to give you the info.
