Yep, fished it today along with a gang of keen anglers. A mate arranges a wee local comp , normally christams/new year break but due to weather today was the day.

15 in the comp 65 fish caught, of that one tiger and a couple of brownies.

There was a car load of guys from the Central belt too, one of the guys 13 year old son was fishing like a demon, probably good job he wasn't in the comp he would have wiped the floor with us.

As for a visit well that depends on what you are used to?

If it's not that far give it a go and see waht you think?

We all enoyed our day.
