It's mainly C&R although you can take fish at extra cost. Three trout lakes and one being developed for pike. Not had much luck there and others on here have said it can be difficult fishing at times. It seems well stocked and there was a very large amount of surface feeding the last time I was there. The owner's friendly, as are the staff, and the bar is an excellent facility to take advantage of at the end of the day. It's a little manicured but does have abundant wildlife to provide some additional interest.

Fished it only twice.Once last year, once this year.Have done well with buzzers and small nymphs and damsels.last time there i had four and lost five and missed a few as well all on small buzzers ,all from the first lake.Second lake now stocked as well.Found it slow to start with on both occasions, most fish comming pm.Seems the popular areas are to the side of the club house in the bay and opposite. Also the point. The fish do move quite close in,and i did have some action very close in.

Can anyone tell me how one develops a pike lake?
