New Fishery Nearly There

Im led to believe theres a new fishery in its infancy on the road between PENPONT and MONIAIVE in DUMFRIESSHIRE. Its been dug out for a while now but an RSPB warden informs me he was driving past it on SATURDAY and its now full of water. Next stop fishes methinks

Has anyone any info on it outthere ??? thanks
