hi in the summer holidays i am going to stay at my friends nans and grandad's house in wales and we are going to a lake called elsea. i am not sure if that is right how you say the name of the lake but has anybody been their

Hi little machin

I used to fish Llyn Elsi a fair bit when I had a rod on the Gwydyr Hotel waters.
I believe they still control it, and issue day tickets.
They have good stretches of the rivers Conway and Lledr too; both of which hold sea trout (night fishing permits can be had from the hotel); and if it rains, and it usually does when on holiday, the Lledr can rise very quickly so you could try for salmon, with a fair chance of success too.
