ianoverton is on a distinguished road
Default Ravensthorpe 2nd June

Had an execellent day yesterday. Nice ripple, not too much cloud cover but still managed to catch four nice rainbows drifting up to the Coton end (from just above the island). Two on a weighted PTN on the point and two on a red Daiwl Bach on the dropper (can only manage on dropper )

Suprisingly it was a very quiet day only half a dozen boats mostly up in the far corner "south" of the island by the dam I was hearing that Damsels were also doing the trick. I had lots of plucks at my damsel but despite trimming the tail I couldn't hook up.

Interestingly three float tubers turned up as i was leaving I'd like to know how they got on as it was getting very hot by 14:30.

Looking forward to my next visit in a couple of weeks
