I planned 1/2 a day at Hanningfield next week-end. I will probably fishing from bank.
How is the fishing at the moment ?
It looks like the weather will be good, what tactics do you recommand ? Is it better fishing in the morning or the afternoon ?

Hanningfield - Wierd Algae / Weed

Buzzers, either under a bung or straight lined. The Peninsula and dam were very good as was Middlemead Bay. Go wherever the wind works best for you.

Olive buzzer size 10 or 12 was best.

Ok but as for a beginner I'd like to know a bit more about techniques to use from bank.
Like what size of leader, Number and type of flies on the team, distance between flies. Can I fish with lures or bobbies ?
Is recommended to fish deep or on the top ?
All this sort of things.

Fish olive buzzers at 3 ft, six feet and ten feet deep under a bung on a floater.
