Default Where to fish i the lothians tomorrow???

Hi All,
Has anybody got any got any news on local fisheries in the lothians? Allandale tarn is still frozen as is Selmuir!! Was wondering if anyone had been fishing Markle or Tweeddale. I dont plan on going much further than within a thirty mile radius so any suggestions would be grateful.
I know it really depends on what ridiculous temps we get tonight but really hoping to get out. Cheers

Did you find somewhere fishable? If so, how did you get on?

Cheers

Default had a great day

Ended up going to Tweeddale, as i'm not too keen on Markle.
Had a magic day, there was only about eight others fishing so it certainly wasn't as busy as I expected.
I caught seven with the largest being about 2.5lb, but I witnessed a couple of crackers of about 8-10 being pulled. Most fish came to bloodworms and skinny black buzzers on either a floating or intermediates on a figure of eight. Overall a pretty successful day out.

Well done for getting out, sounds like a very good day.

I am desperate to get out this weekend either, Tweeddale, Rosslynlee or Leadburn manor. Weather and family committments permitting.

Scotty
