Has anyone fished Penderyn Reservoir near Hirwaun? Whats it like? Room for the back cast or do you need to get out in a boat?

theres plenty of room to cast execpet by the woods you cant take the boats out unless your a member

Near Hirwaun at the top of the Neath Valley. £10 c&r but you may take up to 2 rainbows I believe. All browns to be returned. Fishing must stop once you've taken your two fish. Permit from the newsagent in Hirwaun.

Thanks Big Tom. Is it reasonably stocked and are the quality of fish good? Also do you get in from the Penderyn side or the Rhigos road side?

it is well stocked always fish in there. i only no one way 2 get there head for Penderyn there is a turn off just in front of a sign
