Yes it's new for 2011, as soon as we get the jetty sorted and two boats on there. It should be available for the spring.

All the best

Great to be able to get a boat out onto F1 but am I being a bit dull in thinking that £67 for 1 (or 2) persons incl fishing ticket is a wee bit toppish?
Boat hire £17 Ticket £25 makes £42 for 1.

Also, what is the Sporting Motor Boat ticket? Is it a catch and return only ticket? If so, you can save £22 between 2 anglers and fish F2 instead of F1. (I think most who fish F1 would not be worried about taking a fish).
I am known for being quite daft so perhaps someone can put me straight here!!
Whatever, I'm looking forward to getting back to F1; always enjoy it there and the quality of fish is terrific.
Regards,
Del.

I believe the sporting ticket is catch and release.

To Clarify. F1 and F2 are separate fisheries and are priced as such. You may choose to fish whichever of the two fisheries suits you. The provision of two boats on F1 is new and as with the F1 bank ticket you may take one fish per angler per ticket The sporting boat is a catch and release only, with a no fish kill, on F2.

I hope this explanation answers the queries

Cheers Royston; thanks for that, but for one person on F1 in a boat, is it really £67, making it £42 for the boat? Renting a boat for the day on F2 is £17. I'm assuming the boats are the same or similar, or is it down to the cost of preparing a dock?
Whatever, I'll be there soon, hopefully to have my arm pulled hard by a lovely Farmoor trout.
All the best,
Del.
