overworked,underfished is on a distinguished road
Default Farmoor

Has any body fished farmoor recently? There was a match last weekend how did it fish? Going sunday any info would be great

Yes, I fished the match and it was very hard. I was fourth out of quite a lot with just 4 fish. Very bright and very windy.

Best area was the East Bank and all the three who beat me were there around 7 marker.

I went down the far end of the Causeway and caught on a Di7 shooting head and a cat booby. Pretty much all the fish were caught on boobies - too bright and windy for buzzer fishing where I was.

I am sure that if it were cloudy they would come up as they were full of buzzers and daphnia.

Thanks Charlie, Well done on your fourth.
Weather forecast looks better for the weekend i think that wind might just finally turn to a S/W, and becoming cloudier. Should fish a little better i hope!!!
