This all seems far too soon, not long since these threads last year, lol

Took a run by the Haylie this afternoon - still frozen over , small strip in front of the lodge was clear but probably only fishable for 2 anglers.

Well guys av been doing my best weather permiting we have clear fishing for 15 at the moment that is clear with no floating ice passing you by.

Sat/11th we fished a half dozen rods but not enough to post as open.
Some more work Saturday night with my Barrhead friends and we were able to fish 10 rods comfortable on Sunday and keep the locals happy.Still waxing over so still not happy to open.

Things just got worse on Monday with the whole lot freezing over again.

BUT!
We have been hard at it and have managed to clear infront of the Cabin across and along the Gorse Bank channel to Bills Box back over to the Telegraph Pole Bank and along both Dam walls to the Bridge if we can hold this overnight without waxing we shall manage to open more spaces up tomorrow.
