Had a day with a mate and we had a good un.Pleasant day,bright and breezy with some drizzle late afternoon.
I had 15,mate had 8 and plenty of fish to others.Nothing big,best around 3lb or so(no big fish stocked any longer) mostly on buzzers and some on damsel,with most fish taken from the larger pool.Both lost fish and missed a few as well.
One or two poor conditioned fish,which came as little surprise after seeing how some others were treating the fish,one guy in particular(a regular according to the governor)was appalling.
Remainder of fish however were in reasonable nick and fought well.
Warning,don't leave fish on stringers,the crayfish will muller em.
Shame he no longer stocks big fish as that was always part of the attraction as the place isn't exactly 'pretty' as venues go.
However not to moan too much as we got our strings pulled
