Jim guy from work was up two weeks ago not much happening he got one (tends to only fish buzzers) but it was cold and windy booby always does well.

Throw the owner in with his mouth open. That should catch a few and give him a wake up call as well. It's a beautiful location wasted by indifferent management.

I was up in Glasgow last week, it was like the north pole. You must think anything above freezing is summer up there.
