Default River Allan Dolphin !

just reading the newspaper today

there has been a dead baby dolphin found in th River Allan at the weekend there

weird

Theres been quite a few strange things came up the forth in recent years. Baskin shark, whale, there was even a penguin found in clydesdale bank carpark a couple of years back

In the courier it says they think it had been shot ,they reckon it came into the allan from the forth on the flood water and along with high tides and could not get out when waters run off "quote"experts from stirling institute of aquaculture think the creature may have been bludgeoned to death by angry anglers concerned it was eating fish stocks,they say it is a porpoise and was 30miles inland,could be interesting outcome to this story,anglers get the blame again without evidence

The workers in the bank phoned the rspca and they said does the penguin looked distressed in anyway. The workers said no and rspca said well whats the problem?

Mibi the fact that there a penguin in a carpark>??? a dunno?

The police had to come and take it away

a couple of years ago there was also a dead porpoise found on the banks of the forth.

I've seen seals at the weir in B'ofA a few times...that is a different proposition for the fish stocks!!

yea theres to many seals at the mo'. They sit in front of the falls at my local river waiting on the salmon entering. I think theres an investigation going to see how big a problem it is
