Default River Don

I have followed your lead to the Don's site. Excellent.
If all rivers were this well attended to then their problems and needs would be diminished.
I fished the Don below Monymusk from 1972-1990 and even with the Aberdeen paper mills' pollution we caught fine finnock, salmon and of course the Don's large wild trout.
It is a very satisfying stream and a pleasure to see that it is now properly supported.

Default

their policy seems to be working pretty well, only fished the Don for the first time this season, and only once but had a few good trout from the same bit near Monymusk, best just under 2lb,
reassuring to know its as good as it was in 72.
