Default Major fish kill in tyrone waters.

as the title
BBC News - County Tyrone fish kill is investigated

Low waters won't help this either. Probably be a slap on the wrist and a small fine if they catch the culprit. The numbers are only really beginning to recover since the 2004 kill on the Strule and this isn't going to help matters in the slightest.
