Default Top Night

Hi Trauty

The auction was brilliant and raised a good amount for the REF, thanks to you an everyone else who dnated stuff showing your support as always. Things calming down for me at the moment, trying to make sure I've plenty of time for duffers .

Default Cancelled Events!

Due to the closure of the Red Lion there will be no REF events until I can re arrange with either new landlords(if there are to be any) or arrange another venue. I am hoping to sort tying Mayflies with Tony Edwards (Walkers) for Tuesday May 25th but will keep you all posted sap.

Sorry for any diissapointment

Mick

Thumbs up The Truggsters blog

Hey Trugg - your latest blog entry is terrific. (May 5)

I urge everyone to read it.

I love it, both the way you lose yourself despite the environment, the way it proves that nature triumphs over man crapping all over it (I may be as barmy as you - I actually feel a bit sorry for that olive, goes to all the trouble of hatching, escapes the trout in the water, the birds in the air then an effing great monster scoops it up in its paws - I hope you let it go carefully. C & R, C & R), and the fact that like most of us I suspect, you were delighted not to blank even with the smallest fish known to humanity. Don't worry about talking out loud to yourself I find it keeps the civilians away...

Hope you land another clunker elsewhere this season to reward you...
