Default Stocking the Upper River Aire?

Just wondering if fishing clubs should be allowed to stock brown trout in the Aire above and around Skipton. And to leave the wild fish to populate.

I wouldn't mind reading your views on the subject.

Rivers should never be stocked. If a river is in proper condition the fish will come.
