I went up to Betws today hoping to be able to fish and found a red flood. With further cloudbursts today I'm not optimistic for tomorrow.

One river did fish yesterday, five salmon and three sea trout to one rod on the Lledr!!! All but one returned.

Going out tonight for a bash. Called at the river briefly today to check heights around half 12, 7 canoes merrily paddling away in a pool! Pointed them in the right direction, with a couple of words of encouragement.

Was the level holding ok speycaster? Don't want to get there tonight to find it's come riiiiight up again.
