Default River Clyde

Fished at Wolfclyde Bridge today and caught my first ever Brownie from here. I caught 3 small ones (all on a GRHE) within an hour of arriving then caught nothing for the next 4 hours. Enjoyed the day and was nice to meet up with Buzz and Zoomer from this forum.
Here is a pic of my first..the second was about an inch bigger and the third was an inch or so smaller.

ans a pic of the pool they came from;

Welcome to Scotlands answer to Henry's fork. Remember when its unsafe to park at Wolfclyde due to amount of cars that there are plenty other cracking stretches on the Lamington ticket.

Any of you guys been catching anything?

I'm thinking about heading down maybe one day this week to fish the Lamington stretch.

I noticed the tourist information office has either shut or moved in the service station at Abington, can any of you advise on where to pick up a day permit.

Cheers
