i attended the river kelvin today to witness a gathering of the bailiffs ,,and secretary etc!! for a photo shoot ,to show that the river is making big changes for the better ,,like sign posting the river with good clear signs stating ,,no fishing without a permit,, and no fishing from bridges, which i believe will cause quite a stir at the sea pool ,i hope it goes through without to much of a mess as it is whats best for the river and also i have a few friends that have fished their for some time ,,it's whats best for the river lads and I'm sure thats what we all want..
