Hiya,

AGM is on the 27th Feb

As usual they will probably not have the tickets out by then - I saw people fishing the Kelvin in January for Salmon so I reckon someone fishing responsibly without a ticket probably wont do the river much harm!

Believe if the season ticket price increases is going towards training bailliffs. Seems a bit daft that season starts before tickets are available altho not sure what the salmon are like this early.

well I'm going to fish it anyway ,,not that I'm expecting any fish though!!! and i will be willing to pay my ticket should anyone turn up with the appropriate identification and permits at hand ,I'm sure their at fault here with no tickets being available sad really also i pity the bailiff's that patrol the kelvin ,,i think they are in for a time of it
