Default River Wandle

Went down to the Wandle today now my broken foot is firmly on the mend.

Caught a tiny chub and never saw anything else even though the EA just stocked a huge number of native fish. Although I have since found out they were all released down stream of where I was. Must admit though it is weird fishing in the middle of London. The school kids think you are bonkers.

No shopping trolleys though, just a brown Wheelie bin that I had to put back onto dry land. The Water though was crystal clear just as a chalk stream should be.
