I am aware of the Sea Trout in the Ouse, but I have not heard a lot about wild brown trout in the river. I thought they normally were always both present.

Has anyone any knowledge of Trout fishing on the Ouse?

I know that link refers to Sea Trout however about half way down the page under Adult Fish there is a mention of non migratory browns

I certainly caught browns in the rother in east sussex as a kid, so no reason why the ouse should be different
