Such a dream that the agents fail to mention the fishing at all.

Mind you if you lived in Essex on a river called Pants you would do all you could to try and sell it!

Fishermans dream home for sale? Not bloomin' likely! It's taken me years and years to get to Bakewell and the next flit I do will be in a wooden overcoat...
