I have heard conflicting reports, as to whether the River Douglas at Rufford, Lancashire is free fishing or not.

I have spoken to the environment agency in an attempt to clarify the situation but they have done a lot of head scratching and not got back to me.

Is there anybody out there who can cast some light on this matter?
