North Yorkshire Esk, Egton Bridge

Fishing the above in a month's time. It's been a few years since I went after the Sea Trout. Can anyone offer advice on: i)flies - size and pattern ii) what bs leader - was thinking 6lb iii) fly line - was thinking of a floater with a sink tip. Many thanks in advance. Paul
