Does it automatically follow that if you own the land that ad-joins a river/stream or whatever that you get the fishing rights with it?

No I don't think it does - but I reckon you'd should have a good reference to join whichever club does.

Stevie Wonder chose the carpets that are in there apart from that it looks very nice, however my first question would be about the history of flooding, there no point having such a nice place if its prone to a good soaking every year.
