Hi all

Has anyone fished this river? It flows into Loch Long beside the ardgarten campsite just along from Arrochar.

Was up there last year and it looks trouty in places but didb't see anything moving. Will be up there this weekend and will cast a few flies onto it but just wondering if anyone has fished there already...

Hi i used to fish the the river croe or the craw burn as it was know en. It used to get a great run of sea trout and a rare grilse but its sadly just a Shadow of its former self the brown trout are relatively small but its certainly worth a cast from July on wards if its got a bit of water in it.
