Default Day tickets on the Ure/Nidd

Hi,

I really want to fish the Ure but I am unsure if there are any day tickets available, can anyone enlighten me please ?

Also I am open to suggestions for fishing any of the yorkshire rivers, can anyone recommend good dayticket rivers ? (i have fished the Wharfe)

Thanks

Drfrank

Frank,

Ure is notoriously difficult to get on in the prime middle reaches. Good day ticket water can be found up the top end though at Hawes (Three Peaks shop sells tickets) and Bainbridge (Rose and Crown, I think).
You're talking quite a small river here though and a bit of extra water is always helpful.

Downstream of there, it's all largely in private hands I think, although if anyone knows differently, I would be interest to know....

Matt

Thumbs up Day tickets- Gods County

Hi Drfrank

Heres a link listing day tickets and some different river options

http://www.yorkshire-dales-flyfishing.com/

Would also reccomend River Calder and tribs if your travelling is not limited (thats West Yorkshire).....more details on request.

Enjoy
