Fly Tying day
All
We (Leek & District) have a fly tying day on Saturday - with John Green and Philip White and we have a few space spare - so an open invite.
Here's the blurb:
"The day will be with John Green and Philip White, a most eminent tier, guide, river keeper and fisher who is seen widely on the circuit of fly fairs. Both of whom will be there to instruct and offer advice. The patterns will be those seen to be most useful on our waters with both traditional and the newer versions being tied, members of the committee will also be in attendance giving their own patterns an airing (the commitee fly's are small and black)."
Its on September 17th at the Bluebell Inn at Tissington. There is a charge for each person of £20. There will be coffee and a buffet lunch included. Limited to 20 people which will allow Phil and John to give two groups the time required for each fly.
If you are interested can you PM me please.
