Cracking fish, from the look of them there were several different genetic origins. There's really no reason why not, the Gt. Ouse is probably the UK's most productive specimen fish river once again. The signal crays are producing massive barbel, chub, perch and now it seems trout.

Nice looking trout too. There was or may even still be a trout fishing syndicate just down stream of Buckingham. It would be interesting to hear of the location where the fish were caught. Mind you there are trout in many of the Great Ouse's tribs, I have seen trout from the Ivel.
