Default Teme?

Anyone out there that can give me reports on the state of the Teme, as I am 20 miles away. How to fish it would be useful too as I don't have a great deal of success. Thanks, Alan

Where abouts on the river are you headed?

If I remember rightly the River Teme is an SSI along its length. If you are stuck about where to go in the first place contact Ludlow Angling Club - they have a couple of miles of it.

Or if you have an idea of where you want to head to reply to tigermouth.

Here are a couple of links, first one is to the group Loopy recommended.

and lower down at Tenbury Wells:

Based on the rain we have experienced lately, unless you have access to the upper river - ie around and above Leintwardine, you will be best off waiting a couple of days at least. The Teme can be a very dangerous river indeed. Awkward wading and a real spate river.

Default Teme

I have access to the Tenbury water. The river is difficult to say the least but I am spoilt for choice in the area as apart from the Severn, which is on my doorstep I do not have much in the way of trout water. Thanks for all replies. Alan
