Default Tywi and Cothi

Can anyone tell me how these rivers are fairing at the moment? I'm hoping to head West tomorrow, and would dearly love some local information. I'll be fishing the Cross Hands waters.

I check the river levels on Fishpal often, but I have found that they're not always accurate.

Any help wouls be appreciated.

Thanks
Gavin
