This is REA BROOK, small brook which runs through town Shrewsbury.

Jozef, I think you'll find that the River Perry also flows near Shrewsbury. At least it did last time it fished it

I am not sure, this is town water, you can buy ticket in tackle shop Kingfisher on Frankwell roundabout.

You right, shop on Frankwell is closed. You can by ticket on Walker's tackle shop but this one is closed Sunday's and Monday's. Next shop is behind Tesco extra, you have to go through level crossing and on small roundabout turn right and on your left there is a new building. New shop is there. This shop is open 7 days a week.

Well I'm over for xmas and have got the chance to go fishing all day tomorrow, and can't wait.

Now I thought about fishing the Dee in Llangollen, but everything seems to be high, and I haven't got my waders. So is there any water around Shrewsbury thats easily fishable without waders and has a healthy head of grayling.

If all else fails, I'll take a trip to my local trout fishery in Chirk, and do some stockie bashing on a #3.

Otherwise is there any other river between St'Martins and Shrewsbury worth a look in?
