I'm off to fish the River Ericht for trout in a couple of weeks - any updates or advice would be appreciated.

The beat just under Craighall north or blairgowrie

I know the Blairgowrie beat, had some nice trout there fishing for salmon. If you decide on this beat, send me a PM and I will help you out with access directions to some of the stretches below the town. I've had nothing big, up to the pound, but I was never targeting them.
