Had a tricky 3 or 4 hrs yesterday, but stunningly beautiful on our frosty side of the bank.

Had a couple, one which was a nice 1.5 lber. Had a great scrap with it.

Always spot one of our big girls, but not this time which was a shame.

Good to catch up with Mr P.

Over and out.

Met Woody during the afternoon. How did you get on?
Finished with afternoon Coffee and Cake at the Izaak Walton Hotel, in front of a log fire.

Not sure if anyone is interested but the Izaak Walton has a special on the Groupon site - £89 for two nights accomodation, plus breakfast and dinner - not bad if you want to fish from sunrise to sunset!

Great to see you in the club bro.. You will now able to fish for that huge grayling that you told me about, it's still there and laughs at my flys so still uncaught as far as I know..

Ratter got to be one of the funniest things ever happen on the river bank... Class

Jt over at the commonwealth is doing England proud and got a bronze up until now so cream always does rise to the top..

See you all soon
