Default Test at Wherwell after rain? Advice?

Anyone know what the Test is like at Wherwell after rain? I was planning a visit this Friday for Grayling, but there's heavy rain forcast for the area tomorrow. Will it have cleared by Friday? (Forcast for the rest of the week is fine). I don't want to drive 120 miles there and pay £35 for the day only to find it barely fishable! Anyone got any experience?

The Test will be as uneffected by rain as any river can be, the last time I fished there the Avon was still up and brown but the Test was amazingly clear and levels were stable.

I crossed over the river today up near Wherewell and considering the amount of rain we had yesterday, you would never have really known it - - - clear as a bell , , , ,

Water down near Romsey is a little coloured, but really a good deal clearer than many rivers at this time of year.

Got to it, and enjoy your day I'd say
