Question Big Stockies on the Wharfe

About two weeks ago I had three trout out of the Wharfe at Ilkley all around the the 3lbs mark. Plump and fit, has anyone else had fish of this size out? They all came out within 10 feet of each other. Great fish, but i don't think they will keep in such good condition, a fish that size needs a lot of food and if a club is stocking a lot of fish that size then it can't be a good idea. The normal stocked fish over the last few years have been around the 1 1/2 lbs size much more sustainable i would say.
