How is this river fishing. I am here at the minute. (Not fishing, with my Mum)

Its a bit early mate, doesn't get a significant run until May/June at the earliest. There might be the odd fish in the lower or tidal reaches.

Its a spate river too, so you need a flood to get fish in.

Worth a throw for trout perhaps....

If you're after spring fish, try the Mourne, Bush (hit and miss), or the Finn in Donegal (needs good water to fish).

Its spelt "Roe".
