does anybody know who looks after the river devon out by stirling , i fancy casting a line in the river there but dont know where to get permits or permission

Bigfisher ,you could try phoning glensherrup reservoir they would probably give you info or richard phelp at fitty .Sorry i dont have the numbers. Good luck .
