I know we're early in the season but I was wondering if anyone knew of any float tubing venues in and around south wales? also could you reccomend a good starter / good value tube?

Not quite South Wales but I'd suggest Tal Y Llyn in Mid Wales. They've got a Shakespeare Expedition and a Ron Thompson tube available for hire which are both entry level tubes. I tried both out before I decided to buy a tube.
